A caps salesman has an unlucky encounter with a group of monkeys.
I give this book three stars (out of five). ‘Caps for Sale’ is a very funny tale about a cap salesman who carries all his caps on his head. One day when business is down he walks out of town and takes a nap under a tree. When he wakes up he finds that monkeys have stolen every cap except for his very own cap, and they won’t give him back any of his caps. Until the salesman gets so mad he throws down his cap and the monkeys mirror him, throwing down their caps as well. I think it’s a pretty funny story and is well illustrated and told for kids.
