This is the story of a parent who just wants five minutes of time to herself.

I give this book 1.5 stars (out of five). I remember reading this as a kid and liking this book but rereading it it’s just a book about a parent who wants a break and her three kids won’t leave her alone. It’s kind of sad but also a very real representation of kids and how they want to be with their mother all the time.

But overall I don’t think it’s a very good kids’ book because it could kind of encourage them to bother their parents. I think the story caters more to the parents reading this book to their children because kids don’t really have any understanding of how hard it is to be a parent.
